At Kings Church, our desire is to join in with what God is doing through local and global missions. We currently have a global partnership, several missionary sponsorships, and many other organizations we support locally and around the world. We also operate ministries within Kings Church that represent Jesus by serving the hurting and marginalized within our own communities.
To get a glimpse of many of the ways God is welcoming us into what He is doing beyond our own walls, check out the following list of partnerships and sponsorships.
Global Partnerships:
- Impacto Ministry — This ministry in Guatemala includes the “Helping Hands” medicine and pharmacy program, the Abulitos program for seniors, “Stitches of Blessings” for training and equipping students to sew and earn an income, Vacation Bible School programs, and a library with books and computers to be used by students.
Impacto also operates “Happy Tummies”, an after-school program that provides children in vulnerable situations with a nutritious meal, a monthly doctor check-up, tutoring by licensed teachers, and teaching for good personal hygiene.
A gift of just $50 provides a child with all this for an entire month. To donate this or any other amount, simply send an etransfer to etransfer@kingschurch.cc and put “Happy Tummies” in the message box. You can also give by texting the word TUMMIES to 833-489-6835 and following the prompts. - * L'Église Wesleyenne de Maïs Gate — Beginning in 2014, Kings Church enjoyed a partnership with this local church in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, as they pursue the mission God has given them to serve within their community. In recent years, the pandemic, gang violence, and the collapse of the state driven by criminal territorial control has made it impossible for the partnership to continue in the same way. Even so, we continue to pray for God’s anointing and blessing on our brothers and sisters in Haiti as they represent Jesus in the midst of challenging times.
